Gracious and dear, consistently loving

Pillar of wisdom, comforting – nothing

Stands test, nor time, nor pain or fire

As does your love. How I desire

Simply to rise – from this dust, this lowly

Life I live and stand, and slowly

Lift my head and see you smile

Your eyes now gleaming at your child

Crisscrossed convulsions cause confusion to cesarean creatures

Flunkies’ flagrant floundering, formally functions as phenomenal features

Bystanders watch wide-eyed. Wistful women wail and scream

Doubters deny he’s dying. Distraught demons think it’s a dream

Jaundiced janky bodies jerking eerily, just like jazz

Pants pissed, in peculiar positions, from poisonous potions taken fast

Desperate demented dope heads dive head-first towards a daunting death

Nearby nitwits remove the needle, needlessly. He’ll take no further breaths
